At BangladeshWholesale.com, we accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described, provided the request is initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return requests should be submitted through the platform’s communication tools or by emailing support@bangladeshwholesale.com, including photos or videos of the issue. Approved returns will either be refunded or exchanged as per the buyer’s preference, with return shipping costs covered by the seller for verified claims. Please note that custom-made, perishable, or altered items are non-returnable.
